A warm send-off of patient John Santos who was discharged from Affinity Nursing Home. He was sent to us from the hospital, COVID-19 positive and was treated in isolation for over 14 days. His wife who is also a nurse, joined in the celebratory send off as he is being transferred home and doing much better! Our staff is so delighted and hopeful of more recoveries!
